Incorrect, incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. The computer record of the entry will be considered to be the entry. The decision of Fantasy Couriers Ltd is final.

BUSINESS NAMES: Fantasy Couriers Ltd reserves the right to modify business team names that are felt in its sole opinion to be inappropriate or offensive. Unsuitable names will be deleted and the team will appear under the player's name.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: the rules and points scoring system are all copyright of Fantasy Couriers Ltd. No information may be reproduced in any format without prior written consent from Fantasy Couriers.

 The Game is not open to employees of Fantasy Couriers or associated companies, their relatives, agents or agents' relatives, or those of any company that have been involved with the build or development of the game.

 Fantasy Couriers Ltd reserve the right to refuse to accept any entry which, in their opinion, does not comply with the rules and regulations of the competition or which contravenes the spirit of the competition. Fantasy Couriers Ltd further have an absolute discretion to disqualify any entry, or vary, amend or waive the rules of the competition at any time and participants agree that no liability shall attach to Fantasy Couriers as a result thereof and that the exercise of such discretion shall not result in any compensation being payable or paid to any participant.  Any site users, players or advertisers found to be attempting or suspected of attempting to cheat or hack into any servers or systems run by Fantasy Couriers Ltd will be immediately removed from the system and have any subscriptions cancelled and payments forfeited. Such users will have no right to any refunds and Fantasy Couriers Ltd reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

PRIZES:  Prizes will only be awarded to the player whose name is originally submitted on the registration form. If a prize winner does not wish to accept a prize, then the prize may be passed to the corresponding runner-up.

 Cash alternatives may be offered at the discretion of Fantasy Couriers or related prize sponsors in lieu of specified prizes and these may have to be taken by winners who are not residents of the United Kingdom. However, such cash alternatives may not reflect the real market value of the prize. Shipping costs of prizes applies to UK residents only; overseas winners may incur any excess costs.

AVATARS; Players and advertisers may upload an avatar.  The avatar must be suitable for general uncensored release.  Any player or advertiser uploading an avatar deemed to be offensive or unacceptable will have their avatar removed.  Continued misuse, or inappropriate uploading will results in the players or advertisers account being suspended without any right to any refunds.

 
UPDATES AND GAME DEVELOPMENT; Fantasy couriers is an evolving game using real world variables, as the game evolves more and more real world scenarios will be brought into the game to increase the skill level and competitive edge to it.  These game programming and development changes may or may not be announced, sometimes they may arise out of a change in UK legislation or market conditions, for example an increase in minimum wage, and in such instances are unlikely to be announced separetely in the game as players will be deemed to already posses this knowledge.
